Privacy policy
Effective from 23 October 2026
Apertu is an app for measuring building openings for windows and doors. This policy explains what data the app processes, why and for how long.
Who processes the data
- Operator: BLIQER s.r.o., contact info@bliqer.cz.
- BLIQER s.r.o. is the controller of your user account data.
- Order and end customer data is controlled by the company that uses Apertu. BLIQER s.r.o. acts as its processor and processes the data only on its instructions.
What data we process
- Account: email, name, company, phone, job role and profile picture. Sign-in with email and password, Google or Apple.
- Organization: company membership, role (surveyor, sales, admin), email invitations, branches and installation crews.
- Orders: end customer name, address, phone and email, notes and site conditions.
- Measurements: opening dimensions, photos of openings, measurement history and production sizes.
- Quotes: imported PDF and XML files. Scanned pages are read by AI only to prefill a form, nothing is saved without your confirmation.
- Rangefinder: the app connects to a laser rangefinder over Bluetooth and reads only the measured value. The paired device name stays on your device.
- Client approval: a link with an order snapshot, the name and comment of the client who confirms it.
- Analytics: anonymous usage events (random device ID, action type, order ID) stored in our own database. We use no third-party tracking tools or advertising identifiers.
- Diagnostics: the error log stays on your device and is never sent.
- Location: the app does not use your device location.
Why we process data
- To provide the app: sign-in, sync between devices, sharing orders within a company, protocols and production export.
- To improve the app based on anonymous analytics.
- The legal basis is performance of a contract with you or your company and our legitimate interest in improving the service.
Who we share data with
- Hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud). Data is stored on servers in the EU and is not transferred outside the EU.
- AI provider for reading scanned quotes (Lovable AI Gateway).
- Google and Apple, if you sign in with them.
- Email notification delivery provider.
- We do not sell data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep data
- Account data until the account is deleted.
- Order data for the duration of the cooperation with the company using Apertu and then 3 years, unless the company decides otherwise. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
- Analytics events do not contain your identity.
Your rights
- You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data and to object to processing.
- Send your request to info@bliqer.cz. For order data, please contact the company you measure for.
- You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Czechia: www.uoou.cz).
Account deletion
You can delete your account in the app: Settings > Account and sync > Delete account. Orders you created stay with the company and the author is shown as a deleted user.
